The town of Buttmouth has been plauged by evil Poopfaceheads for three years. A boy named Boris Jettsen (Jacob Tremblay) and a girl named Abby Ferguson (Bella Ramsey) emerge with special powers. Boris discovers he has piss powers, and can summon boiling piss. Abby discovers she has turd powers, and can shart at such high velocities that she can fly. They adopt the nicknames "Pissboy" and "Turdgirl" and team up to take down the Poopfaceheads that have prayed on their city for too long.
