Eliza begins to devise a plan to escape prison and recruits other prisoners to help her in exchange for their freedom. Meanwhile Bob is enjoying his new life with full custody of Iggy. Unfortunately, due to Bob's lazy tendencies Iggy isn’t properly cared for and had a deadbeat father.

Eliza and her fellow inmates begin to carry out her escape plan, with a few bumps and bruises along the way. Bob is shocked when Eliza comes back home, but hides his true feelings in fear of Eliza. She grows angry with Bob seeing the mess that he made and how he's neglected Iggy.

Eliza forces Bob to go to couples therapy with her because their relationship currently sucks. When they go the therapist tells them that their relationship is hopeless and they will never be happy with each other.

With Eliza being back from prison she gains a pretty bad reputation around Willow Creek. Everyones talking about Eliza until the police hear about it too. They realize Eliza has escaped prison and they hunt her down.

Eliza gets word that the police are after her and she needs to evade them. She packs everything she needs up and brings Bob and Iggy with her to the USA/Mexican border. They unload their stuff and run across the border to escape to Mexico.

Eliza and Bob steal a car in Mexico since they had to leave theirs at the border because of the river. They ride the car down to Zihuatanejo and set up a place to stay in an alley behind a budget resort. Unknown to them this was where drug deals went down and when the drug dealers show up and see them, they get angry. They get into a physical fight but eventually are able to run away.

The drug dealers had stolen everything from the pancakes, so they had to get more money. They knew that they couldn’t get a job in Mexico since they are illegal citizens, meaning they had to make money illegally. The pancakes pull off a money heist in the Zihuatanejo bank.

Eliza and Bob can't keep living like this in Mexico, they need to get back to America, but there's a whole police hunt for them there. Eliza posts about the situation on facebook and a bunch of other Karen's start protesting for her in America. They end up clearing her name despite her being guilty.

Eliza, Bob and Iggy are able to move back to their house in America. And end up suing the state and winning. Eliza is still crazier than ever and just wants their lives to go back to the way they were before.

Eliza decides to use some of the lawsuit money on taking everyone on vacation since she's so stressed about everything that has been happening. The Pancakes fly out to Hawaii for their vacation. But their hotel is mysteriously missing.

The Pancakes are confused as to where their hotel went. Soon they find out that a villain by the name of “Victor” took the hotel and moved it to Miami! The Pancakes vacation was ruined by this man, so they track him down and drown him in boiling oil.
