This psychological horror film follows a lonely butcher in a small town who becomes obsessed with crafting the perfect Halloween hot dog. He begins using human penises as meat in his hot dogs from the men and boys who don’t appreciate his artistry. Meanwhile a group of outcast adolescent boys nicknamed "the Weenies" sneak into the butcher shop for some halloween mischief, only to discover a horrifying secret kept by the butcher.
