After the L&C Plus acquisition of Call Your Manager TV, June Smith pitches a horrible show concept to the divison. When L&C Plus decides not to pick up the show, June's tiny little ego is shattered. June breaches her contract and begins her own streaming service with horrible low budget shows.

After June reveals her plains to begin her own streaming service, which clearly wnet against multiple contracts June had signed. Chartreuce serves June with a billion dollar lawsuit. Having the mental capacity of a five year old, June is forced to get a lawyer, Nova Loema. Chartreuce and Nova begin negotiations to settle out of court.

After many hours of negotiations, new contract draftings by Gerald, and dealing with a bunch of idiots who know nothing about law, Chartreuce looses all hope of settling out of court. Chartreuce informs June's lawyer Nova Loema that she has decicded to stop all negotiations and will settle in court. The court date comes and of course, Chartreuce wins. L&C Plus sues June for a billion dollars, which June will spend her whole life paying off.
